Job Summary

We're looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager to join our fast-growing, fully remote team. This role requires a strong work ethic, exceptional organisational skills, and a highly self-motivated attitude. You can expect a busy, varied workload with the flexibility of working from home.

Your day-to-day will vary depending on the client, but you will primarily focus on steering the creative process, managing timelines, and acting as the bridge between our talented design team and our clients.

Key Responsibilities

● Monitor assigned projects on a daily basis to ensure optimal delivery and adherence to timelines.

● Optimise internal workflows continuously by allocating resources, managing budgets, and updating project management software (e.g., Notion, Figma).

● Collaborate closely with our in-house design and development teams to translate client briefs into actionable tasks.

● Develop clear project roadmaps and scope documents to prevent scope creep and ensure smooth execution.

● Liaise with clients, presenting clear status reports, facilitating feedback rounds, and providing strategic recommendations for moving forward.

● Proactively execute any additional tasks required to hit deadlines, maximise team efficiency, and keep clients thrilled with our service.

Requirements

proven track record of managing substantial design or creative projects over the past 2+ years.

● Extensive hands-on experience running digital projects from initial discovery to final handover.

● A firm understanding of the creative process, including branding, UI/UX, and web development lifecycles.

● Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously without dropping the ball.

● Exceptional communication and flawless English language skills.

● Open to constructive feedback and able to follow our internal project management processes.
